Clubhouse Rules

Clubhouse may not be used before 8:00AM or after 8:00pm, by anyone under age 18, unless accompanied by a (Mountainside homeowner) parent.

***NO SMOKING***

When departing from clubhouse, please:
• Set thermostat at 55 degrees.
• Close/lock all windows and (both front/rear) doors.
• Remove ALL trash.
• Leave everything in the same condition as your arrival, including furniture positioning.
• Turn off gas fireplace.
